Tribe Connections Wellness Centre
Tribe Connections Wellness Centre was launched in August 2021 by Mandy Traill on the North West Coast of Tasmania as a place of wellness and healing, building a nourishing and soulful community.
The centre quickly evolved to include a co-op retail shop and services offering providers a space to host regular yoga, meditation, circle gatherings, energy and sound healing, workshops and room hire.
Mandy met with our mentors to discuss opportunities for business growth through marketing initiatives on social media. Mandy implemented some improvements to her pages and posts to build engagement with her community and has introduced some professional imagery and consistent branding to her posting.
We also identified the need for some business advisory support to address the pricing structure and business model more broadly, exploring the options available to ensure the business is viable and
able to support Mandy’s vision for the centre.
Mandy now has the confidence and knowledge to begin developing her e-commerce website to support the co-op business model and continue to grow her events, workshops and retail sales. We look forward to seeing Mandy’s dream grow and have an impact on the wider north west coast community.
