His dedication stems from his work with illuminate Education Australia, where he serves as the Founder and Inspirer, guiding programs that have empowered over 22,500 students from 280 schools nationwide. These initiatives tackle society’s greatest challenges by empowering students to be confident, creative, and capable in a way that young people can have their voices heard in their local community. As the facilitator and mentor behind The Shift Lab | Tasmania’s First Social Impact Incubator, Adam also channels his expertise to nurture the birth of impactful social enterprises in his home state of Tasmania. Adam was acknowledged in 2023 as both one of Australia’s Top 40 Under 40 Entrepreneurs and Executives as well as on The Educator’s Hot List (for Australia’s Most Innovative Educators) as well as past finalist for Young Australian of the Year (2015).

Amanda Hingston

Amanda is our accounting specialist along the North West Coast for Digital Solutions Tasmania. With over 25years of experience in supporting individuals through best bookkeeping practices and helping in getting the most out of their Cloud based software.

Amanda has lived on the North West Coast most of her life, with stints of living interstate. She is very well versed in Xero, bookkeeping, and payroll, being able to explain and demonstrate bookkeeping principles in an easy to understand way with a very approachable and layered back method.

Sharon Harvey

Bianca McKenzie

Karyn Parkinson

Richard Kemp

Working across a range of industries, Richard brings his experience of customer service to everything that he does, as well as his ability to solve problems. Richard has passionately explored technology systems, integrations, website development and cyber security throughout these roles, and brings this to every discussion and opportunity. Richard brings all of this together to design, oversee and implement solutions that use technology, including web platforms, software and media production, making everything run smoothly across all he is involved in.

Mikala Grosse

David Robinson

David has owned/managed a Poultry Farm, Internet Provider, IT Consulting business, and now an AI startup in Tasmania. David worked for Amazon over 8 years and learned how Amazon has grown using Lean business tools to empower its employees to try new ideas by building and testing quickly.  

David is passionate about aiding business owners in improving their operations and internal workflows through effective training, documentation, and IT tools, ensuring they can confidently delegate and step away without risking the business operation.

David Kewley

David is a passionate small business accountant and is the founder and managing director of DK Accounting & Advisory. The DKAA team have an unshakable focus on driving positive chance through providing value driven compliance and advisory service in the startup and small business space, with the firm being recently announced as a 2024 Telstra Best of Business Award state finalist in the Building Communities category.

David is a Chartered Accountant with an Applied Masters of Taxation and has recently been recognised as the Young Tasmanian Chartered Accountant of the year. David is also sessional lecturer in accounting and taxation at the University of Tasmania.

Kiley Hay
