You can use as little or as much of the available time as you need, depending on your business and the level of support you are looking for. Some businesses use the time to work through one specific challenge, while others spread it across multiple sessions.

Can I attend workshops without doing mentoring?

Yes – workshops, webinars and events are open to help you build your knowledge and confidence.

If you then want more tailored support, you can move into one-on-one mentoring.

How are businesses matched with advisors?

When you connect with the program, we take the time to understand:

  • where your business is at
  • what you need help with
  • what your goals are

From there, we connect you with the advisor who is best suited to support you.

What is the Digital Solutions community platform?

The Digital Solutions community platform will launch in September 2026. It will provide ongoing access to:

  • events, workshops and updates
  • practical tools and resources
  • shared learnings from other businesses
  • continued support between mentoring sessions

This helps you stay connected and supported beyond your initial engagement with the program.

What does it mean by 'full-time equivalent'?

When classifying a small to medium business, the Digital Solutions program uses the classification of 20 full-time equivalent staff as the upper limit for eligibility.

The term full-time equivalent is based on the amount of hours your staff work, not the amount of people working for you. For example, if a business has four staff where the owner is full time and there are three part-timers who each work two days a week, this would be considered 2.2 FTE (1 for for the owner, and 0.4 each for the staff that only work two days a week).

If you are not sure if you are eligible, please just get in touch and let’s check for you.
